You Know I'm No Good: Adventure Theatre's "Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad, Day"

We've been to the puppet theater at Glen Echo, but had been waiting to attend an Adventure Theatre production until we were a little older.  Fortunately, my first school field trip was to see the theater's production of "Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day."  And we can't say enough good things about it -- I was literally in stitches laughing the entire time.  The young cast creatively used their bodies as all kinds of props.  And the singing was fantastic.  It was definitely loud though, so I would take the suggested age of 4 seriously.  Cami wouldn't have been able to sit through it.

The production runs until April 9th and, as of right now, there are still tickets available for this weekend's shows.

Based on No Monster in My Bed's review, we plan to check out "Out of the Box" -- Art on the Horizon's newest production, once it comes to the Atlas.  We saw their first production, "Drumming with Dishes," and LOVED it.

there was no photography allowed in the theater, so we have no pictures to share!
instead, we offer you a new pic of Cam in one of her own ensembles, which is sort of theatrical
